I love this so much. The way it runs down the page like a river. How true it is. And as a fellow lover of the universe and sometimes hater of myself I was thinking: I wonder if there is someone out there who really, really loves themselves that you could interview. A love expert! Another follow up idea or question is why is it that some of the most extraordinary people in the world struggle with loving themselves, almost or so it seems in upsidedown world proportion to how amazing they are? Also if this post were the first half of a book I would totally buy that book.
Thank you so much my dear Jason! So happy to read your words, my dear friend. And I think you are writing such interesting questions. Why?? Why is it that some extraordinary people struggle loving themselves? Is it that this struggle fuels the extraordinariness itself? Or the search for it? I would looooove to do that interview!! I wonder who could be someone who loves themselves A LOT? I wonder how that person might look like? I’m going to be on the lookout. In the meantime, through this world of imperfect self-love, I love you my sweet friend ❤️❤️❤️
that is so incredibly beautiful, simple and perfect. i can definitely connect with your feelings and words. i love the way that you have flipped your negative thoughts and really embraced the beauty in your imperfections and finding the love in just being you. hip hip hooray! <3
Aw, thank you so so much JH! Yes, I feel like so many of these negative thoughts are planted within us while growing up. Or through relating to people who are themselves going through their own inner turmoils. I feel like the voice inside of us, like REAAALLY deep inside of us, is a voice that is free and loving and kind. How could it not be? We come from the cosmos, which is such a wondrous, mysterious and magical place ❤️ I’m sending you a big hug!
It absolutely is!! If fact, I think is one of the most important pursuits. Imagine a world of people feeling peace with ourselves, within ourselves? The world would be a much happier place ❤️
Zoe, dear, thank you so so so so much for writing. And for saying this! Because it really makes me keep on writing. Big big hugs and thank you for being there my friend ❤️

It's not weird or futile. It's a worthy pursuit.
